Our Office - is open Monday to Friday from about 4 to 6 pm (it may vary a little during the year). It is manned by our Office Manager Laura Lee or one of our Board members. If no one is able to take your call, please leave a detailed message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Our Mail Box - The blue cupboard on your left as you enter the glass door the Multipurpose Room on the ice level.  It is marked "SSC MAIL".  Please use this to send us correspondence or payments when no one is in the office.

SSC is run by its Board of Directors which meets once a month. Many of us are parents of skaters and can often be seen hanging around the lobby of the OVA facility. Please feel free to approach us with questions or comments. Otherwise, you may email us at the addresses listed below
